Celebrating the Triumph of Light and Divine Energy: MTMS Wishes Everyone a Joyful and Blessed Navratri!

“या देवी सर्वभूतेषु शक्ति-रूपेण संस्थिता। नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः॥”

The most awaited, vibrant, and energetic time of the year has arrived! Mother Teresa Memorial School (MTMS) extends its warmest wishes to all students, parents, teachers, and well-wishers for a joyful, prosperous, and spiritually uplifting Navratri.

Navratri is a sacred celebration of the divine feminine energy—Maa Durga—symbolizing the victory of good over evil, light over darkness, and wisdom over ignorance. Across Gujarat and all of India, these nine divine nights bring communities together through rhythmic Garba, colorful traditional attire, devotional prayers, and festive joy.

The Essence of Navratri at MTMS

At Mother Teresa Memorial School, cultural festivals offer a rich platform to connect young minds with our heritage while nurturing values of Leadership, Wisdom, Compassion, and Growth.

Each facet of Navratri holds an inspiring life lesson for our young learners:

• The Strength of Maa Durga: Inspires our students to cultivate moral courage, inner resilience, and the strength to overcome academic and personal obstacles.

• The Sacred Kalash & Akhand Jyot: Reflects purity, positive beginnings, and the eternal light of education and knowledge dispelling the shadows of ignorance.

• The Harmony of Garba & Dandiya: Teaches unity, coordination, and community spirit as everyone dances to the same rhythm in celebration of life and devotion.

Celebrating Nine Nights of Devotion & Joy

During these nine auspicious days, each day is dedicated to one of the nine forms of the Goddess (Navdurga), reminding us to honor virtues such as patience, compassion, learning, and self-discipline.

As the sound of the dhol, clapping hands, and clinking dandiya sticks fills every corner of our city, let us embrace the festive spirit with harmony, kindness, and gratitude.

May the divine grace of Maa Ambe bless your homes with happiness, prosperity, radiant health, and boundless wisdom.
