Back with Big Dreams: Capturing the Joy and Excitement of Day 1 at MTMS!
The wait is officially over! The quiet hallways of Mother Teresa Memorial School (MTMS) have transformed once again into a vibrant hub of laughter, energy, and infinite potential. On June 11, 2026, we officially unlocked our gates to welcome our wonderful students back for the grand launch of the New Academic Session 2026โ27.
Day One is always special, but this year felt particularly magical. From the early morning entry to the final bell, the campus was alive with the promise of New Beginnings, New Challenges, and Bright Futures.
A Warm, Festive Welcome
Our preparation for the students’ return began long before the first school bus arrived. To make the transition back to school smooth and joyful, our staff creatively decorated the entire campus.
The Grand Entry: Students were greeted by beautifully designed gates and custom back-to-school blackboards decorated with bright cut-outs.
The Magic of Mickey & Minnie: A custom MTMS “First Day of School” photo-booth featuring favorite characters was a massive hit, giving students a fun spot to capture their day-one smiles.
A Compassionate Touch: In true MTMS tradition, our faculty members stood at the entrance, warmly greeting every single child with bright smiles and reassuring guidance, making even our youngest learners feel right at home.
Back to the Classrooms: Setting New Goals
Once inside, the focus seamlessly shifted to inspiration and learning. Students walked into freshly arranged classrooms, unboxed their crisp new notebooks, and caught up with their friends and teachers.
Our teachers spent the day setting a positive tone for the year aheadโmoving away from strict lectures and focusing instead on building a collaborative environment. From ice-breaking sessions to interactive discussions about “New Year, New Goals,” the classrooms quickly filled with a shared determination to work hard, stay curious, and support one another.
Holistic Growth from Day One
At MTMS, we believe in nurturing the mind, body, and character. We didn’t waste any time getting our students back to what they love mostโholistic development! The very first day saw our students hitting the lush green school grounds, participating in group games, and engaging in outdoor team-building activities under the guidance of our physical education mentors.
Whether it was solving a problem in the classroom or practicing teamwork out on the field, the core pillars of our institutionโLeadership, Wisdom, Compassion, and Growthโwere on full display.
A Heartfelt Thank You
An extraordinary Day One doesnโt happen by accident. We extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible management team and faculty members who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to decorate the campus and plan the curriculum.
