Recently, our school hall was transformed into a powerhouse of energy during our latest Aerobics Class!
Aerobics is more than just exercise; it is a celebration of rhythm, stamina, and the joy of movement that leaves our students feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

In an age where digital screens often take up a lot of time, our Aerobics sessions provide a vital outlet for students to:
Boost Cardiovascular Health: Improving heart health and lung capacity through rhythmic movement.
Enhance Coordination: Synchronizing “Cool Moves” with the beat of the music helps develop better brain-body connections.
Release Endorphins: Physical activity is a natural stress-buster, helping students feel happier and more focused in their academic classes.
Build Team Spirit: Exercising together in a large group fosters a sense of unity and collective energy.
โก High Energy & Fun Workouts
The atmosphere in the hall was electric! Led by our expert fitness instructors, students from various grades joined in to practice “Fun Workouts” that didn’t feel like work at all. From stretching and jumping to synchronized steps, the “High Energy” was contagious.
As the music played, it was heartening to see every studentโfrom the most athletic to the more reservedโfinding their rhythm and pushing their limits. At MTMS, we call these the “Best Classes” because they bring out the most spirited versions of our students.
