Yoga Day Celebration

Yoga Day celebration at MTMS began with a special assembly, where the significance of yoga and its positive impact on health and well-being were discussed.

The session included a variety of yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation . It was heartwarming to see students abilities to practice yoga and support each other in their journey towards health and wellness.
